External Requests

External Request — a reusable HTTP call to a third-party API. Create it once (URL, method, headers, body, response parsing) — and drop it as a block into any flow. Body and URL can use variables: {{contact.firstName}}, or {{variable.date}}, or {{env.CRM_TOKEN}}. The response maps into flow variables or contact Custom Fields.
